1. Our services

PRNT provides (a) AI-assisted cover and interior design tools that produce print-ready PDF files, and (b) book printing services in two forms: print on demand (single copies and short runs, produced and shipped per order) and wholesale (bulk runs quoted individually by our team).

By creating an account, placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Print-on-demand orders

Print-on-demand prices shown in our calculator are live quotes from our production partners and may change until an order is confirmed. An order is only final once we confirm pricing and payment is received.

Print-on-demand items are manufactured specifically for you. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled, and it is not returnable except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Delivery dates shown for print-on-demand orders are estimates supplied by our production partners. They are not guaranteed and can be affected by production volume, customs, and carriers.

3. Wholesale orders

Wholesale runs start at 200 copies per quantity. Wholesale prices are quoted individually by our team after you submit a quote request; a quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A wholesale order is confirmed only when you accept the quote in writing and we receive payment or an agreed deposit. Production timelines and delivery dates for wholesale orders are provided by our team with each quote and are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Your files and content

You are responsible for the content you upload or create, including text, images, and artwork. You confirm that you own or have licensed everything you print with us and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

You are responsible for reviewing your files before ordering. We print the files and specifications you approve; we are not responsible for typos, layout choices, low-resolution images, or other issues present in approved files.

You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the right to use it to produce your order and operate the service.

5. AI-generated designs

Cover and interior designs created with our AI tools are provided as a starting point for your book. Because AI output can resemble existing works, you are responsible for reviewing generated designs before commercial use.

Paid cover and interior files are licensed to you for use on your book and its marketing. We may reuse anonymized layout learnings to improve the service, but never your text or artwork.

6. Print quality tolerances

Commercial printing involves normal manufacturing tolerances: slight variation in color, trimming (typically within a few millimetres), and binding between copies or between a screen preview and the printed book. These are not defects.

Screen previews are approximations. Colors on a backlit screen (RGB) never match printed CMYK ink exactly, even though all exports are prepared as 300 DPI, CMYK, print-ready PDFs with embedded fonts.

7. Defects, damage, and shortages

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will reprint or refund the affected copies at our discretion.

Report delivery shortages within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier and producer.

8. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Design services (covers and interiors) are charged per project at the prices shown when you purchase. Printing is charged per confirmed order.

Quoted totals may exclude duties or import taxes for international delivery; those are the recipient's responsibility unless we state otherwise.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRNT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales, missed launch dates, or lost profits). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
