1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes information involved when you use PRNT at tryprnt.com, including our customer portal, print-on-demand and wholesale printing, and AI-assisted creative and graphic design tools for book covers, interiors, calendars, and artwork.

2. Information you provide

Account information includes your email address and information you provide when registering, signing in, or updating your account. When you use an optional third-party sign-in service, account information is also supplied through that service.

Project information includes titles, author names, manuscripts, text, uploaded images, cover and interior PDFs, design prompts, generated artwork, edits, and printing specifications. Your files may contain personal information about you or other people.

Printing and quote information includes quantities, book or calendar specifications, delivery addresses, recipient contact details, and instructions. Wholesale requests may contain multiple quantities and addresses. Correspondence includes information you send when requesting help, file review, quotes, or order updates.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide the services you request: manage your account, save and edit projects, generate designs, prepare files, calculate printing and shipping costs, prepare wholesale quotes, review approved files, coordinate production and delivery, and respond to questions.

Account, project, and transaction information also supports purchase verification and access to paid design exports. You can use creation services without ordering printing, or submit your own print files without using AI creation tools.

4. Uploaded content and AI-assisted designs

AI features process the prompts, artwork, and other content submitted for the requested generation or refinement. Relevant content is sent to the AI services involved in completing that request. Saved project content and rendition history support continued editing.

Avoid putting passwords, financial account details, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information into prompts or artwork. Obtain appropriate permission before uploading information or images about someone else, including material involving children.

This policy does not promise that every AI provider has the same storage or model-training practices. Contact PRNT before submitting confidential or unpublished material if you need specific assurances about provider handling. Content ownership and permitted use are addressed separately in our Terms of Service.

5. Printing, fulfillment, and service providers

Providing the service involves hosting and account services, AI processing services, payment processing, printing production partners, and delivery carriers. Relevant information is provided for the requested service—for example, approved print files and specifications for production, and recipient details for delivery.

For wholesale printing, our team uses your request and correspondence to prepare quotes and coordinate file approval, production, and shipment. If you supply another person’s delivery details, make sure you are authorized to do so.

Third-party services may apply their own privacy terms to information they receive. Processing and fulfillment can involve locations outside your country; contact PRNT if you require details about a particular order or service.

6. Payments

Payment details entered at checkout are processed through Stripe. Payment-related information associated with your purchase can include transaction identifiers, purchase status, billing details, and tax information. Do not send card numbers or bank details to PRNT by email or through project uploads.

7. Browser storage and technical information

The website uses browser storage to support functions such as keeping you signed in and preserving a printing or calendar draft while you move through sign-in. Technical information involved in operating online services can include IP addresses, browser and device information, requests, and error information.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out or remove an unsaved draft. Payment and sign-in services may also use their own cookies or similar technologies.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can update your email address and password in Account info. You can choose whether to submit content to AI tools or provide your own finished print files instead.

Contact order@tryprnt.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about other rights that may apply where you live. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant account or order. Please do not email your password.

Deleting an account or file cannot reverse an order already in production or recall a shipment. Ask the team separately about any active order. Requests involving transaction records, completed services, or third-party processing need to be assessed in that context.

9. Storage, security, and sensitive material

Saved projects and order information support ongoing editing and order handling. This policy does not specify a fixed deletion schedule or guarantee immediate removal of every copy held by service providers. Contact PRNT for current information about deletion and storage before submitting material with special requirements.

No online service is risk-free. Use a unique password, protect access to your account, and avoid uploading material that requires security or confidentiality commitments PRNT has not expressly agreed to provide.

10. Changes and contact

As PRNT’s services change, this policy may be updated. The date above identifies the current version. Review this page periodically and contact order@tryprnt.com with privacy questions or requests.
