Offset lithography transfers ink from a printing plate to a rubber blanket and then onto paper. The press is set up for a batch of books, making it a strong choice for a planned print run with consistent specifications.
High-quality offset book printing is well suited to richly illustrated children’s books, art books, photography books, catalogs and premium hardcover editions. Sharp detail, carefully controlled color and a thoughtful choice of paper can give your book a polished, tactile finish. The final result still depends on the source artwork, paper and approved specifications.
Setup costs are spread across the run, so per-copy economics can improve at higher quantities. We quote your actual specifications and delivery plan rather than promise a universal saving. Compare the complete cost—including shipping and any storage needs—with digital printing before deciding.
Match the paper weight, coating and interior color to your content. Uncoated stocks can suit reading-focused books; coated papers can suit image-led editions. Our team reviews your selected options when preparing the quote.
Explore paperback, hardcover, dust jacket, coil, Wire-O, saddle stitch and board-book requests. Cover finishes and binding choices affect the look, feel and durability; feasibility is confirmed for your specific book.
Wholesale starts at 200 copies per requested quantity. Compare multiple run sizes in one request, or assign quantities to different delivery locations. Each line receives its own team-prepared quote and delivery estimate.
From file to finished book
Choose your book type, trim size, page count, paper, color and cover finish. Request several quantities, starting at 200 copies each, and include a separate delivery address for each shipment if needed. Our team prepares a quote for each quantity.
Supply your interior PDF and full-wrap cover PDF. Our team reviews print suitability, including dimensions, bleed, image resolution and embedded fonts. We discuss any adjustments with you and obtain your approval before production begins. Review your text and artwork carefully: technical file review is not proofreading.
After you approve the files and quote, a 50% deposit starts production. Your quoted specifications and staff-entered delivery estimate guide the run; production does not begin simply because you requested a quote.
When production is complete, we send a video of your finished books so you can see the result before shipment.
We request the remaining 50% balance after the completion video. Once the balance is received, we arrange shipping to the agreed destination or destinations.
Tracking information is provided one week (7 days) after shipping. This is the tracking-update timeline, not a promise that your books will arrive within a week. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping arrangements in your quote.
Good book printing begins with files matched to your exact format. Confirm the final page count before preparing the cover: paper and page count affect spine width.
