The PRNT Calendar Creator offers 12- or 18-month layouts (26 or 38 pages). Catalog specifications are not a production approval: current availability, cover-stock details, hanging hardware and acceptance of your finished PDFs must be confirmed before printing. A gloss catalog label does not guarantee laminated covers.
Printing and shipping prices require a working live connection and your delivery address; we do not substitute estimated prices when the service is unavailable.

Wire-O wall calendars
Twin-loop wire lets pages turn easily and lie flat. Request a hanging hole or a Wire-O hanger, with optional individual bagging. Standard and custom dimensions are reviewed with your quote.

Freestanding desk calendars
Wire-O pages mounted on a rigid tent-style stand keep your photographs or branding on a desk all year. A reference size is 246 × 170 mm; wrapped board stands can be specified in 2, 2.5 or 3 mm thicknesses.

Three-month wall calendars
Three separately bound date panels show consecutive months at once. Request a branded header with a hanging grommet, a date slide and optional individual bagging. The reference panel size is 320 × 168 mm.

Desk pads & custom calendar projects
For a large writing surface or a different format, ask about desk-pad calendars and custom sizes. Construction, paper, dimensions and packaging are confirmed individually rather than assumed from a standard wall-calendar template.

Make it feel like your brand
These are wholesale requests, not extra options for the standard print-on-demand calendar. Suitability depends on the chosen format and is confirmed in your quote.
Paper that suits the artwork
Coated gloss stocks can bring out vibrant photography; matte art stocks offer a more subdued surface. Uncoated offset paper is worth considering where writing space matters. Reference interior weights range from 80 to 200 gsm for wall calendars; desk and three-month constructions use their own stock specifications.
Covers, headers & stands
Ask about matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, or varnish where suitable. Spot UV can highlight selected artwork; gold or silver foil, embossing and debossing can add emphasis to compatible covers, branded headers or wrapped stands. Not every treatment works on every paper or calendar style.
Practical details
Choose a hanging hole or wire hanger for compatible wall calendars, a rigid wrapped stand for desk calendars, or a date slide for a three-month design. Individual bags and other packaging requests can be included in the specification.

Upload your own photographs or use the PRNT Calendar Creator to generate artwork for each month. Choose a starting month and year, 12 or 18 months, and Sunday- or Monday-first date grids. Your calendar is saved in the same account as your book projects.
Already have professionally prepared files? You do not need to purchase AI design services to print with PRNT. Creation services and printing are separate choices. The current AI calendar layout is landscape; custom wholesale constructions require their own approved templates.
Start your calendarPrepare every month for print
- Confirm the calendar format and final page count before preparing artwork. Do not use a book-cover template for a calendar.
- Use images at 300 PPI at their final printed size, embedded fonts, the correct bleed and safe margins around dates and captions.
- Leave room for the binding, hanging hole or stand according to the approved format-specific template.
- Check every date, weekday, leap day, holiday and month sequence. Technical file review is not calendar proofreading.
- Confirm page order and file structure with the team before production. Book upload validation does not itself approve a custom calendar.
From design to delivery
Print on demand
Select Calendars in the calculator, enter your quantity and delivery address, and request printing and shipping prices. Save your selected specifications through your PRNT account, then prepare your files. Availability, payment and production-file acceptance must be confirmed before an order enters production. Orders show the recorded status and delivery estimate when supplied by the printing service.
Wholesale
Our team reviews your specifications and files for your approval. A 50% deposit starts production. When the calendars are complete, we send a video and request the remaining 50% balance before shipping. Tracking follows one week after shipping; our team provides your quoted delivery estimate.
